Hope you have all had a lovely weekend. This week's finds have been inspired by blush and nude tones. I am also loving tiled patterns, coloured stone jewellery, cross back dresses and sleeveless duster coats/vests. Sleeveless duster coats are such an easy way to add an extra element or layer to an outfit during the warmer months. Currently we have these in minimalist colours and patterns, however in the coming weeks I would definitely look for some bolder patterns and colours. Dresses with a cross over back are a wonderful way to create elegance to a Summery look. As I have mentioned in a previous post, larger printed flowers are a must have this season. A gorgeous example of this is the dress below.
As always here is a little styling inspiration below. When styling with a fabric that features large floral prints, make sure that you use colours that are shown the least in the pattern. This will help to bring these colours out. Also try to keep any other accessories simple. With this dress in particular, you need to follow the shape of the neckline if you wish to add a necklace. In this case, you will need to add a simple necklace in a v shape.
Have a lovely beautifuls!
P.S. This year for the face of Showpo 2015 competition, they are also giving the 5 lucky winners a makeover. I have entered the competition here, so if you could take 30 seconds to vote for me, it would mean the absolute world to me. Thank you so much to everyone who has voted so far. There has been so many more than I expected. I really appreciate every since person who takes the time to vote. xx
