Hello beautifuls!
While everyone on the other side of the world are getting excited about their amazing Fall decor, it's time for our very own Spring DIY.  Spring florals are made for each other. For this DIY I've chosen to work with some fake pink cherry blossoms, but if you have another type you would prefer, go for it! This DIY is actually incredibly easy for those of you who haven't made anything like this before.

What you will need:

Picture
  • Fake flowers (preferable with a centre branch)
  • Battery operated fairy lights
  • Fishing line
  • Ribbon
  • Scissors or side cutters
Picture
Cut the smaller branches off of your centre branch. If you don't have a centre branch try to keep a longer piece.
Picture
Create a circle out of some of your centre branch or long piece. Secure together with fishing line. Cut off any extra length. This may be useful later as one of your smaller pieces. If you don't have a long enough piece use the fishing line to create the longer piece.

Lay the circle flat and create an arch with a longer piece. Secure together with an X shape of fishing line (example in right photo above).

Flip the circle over and attach an arch on the other side. This should create an X shape like the photo above.

In each section created by the X attach a smaller piece diagonally. Attaching it diagonally will make it appear as if there are more flowers.

Feed fairy lights throughout the ball. Adding some lights hanging down  in the centre of the ball can also create a more magical effect.

Feed some ribbon through the top of the ball and hang. To hide the batteries I attached the box to the curtain rail with some fishing line and created a bow to hang in front.

Your ball is complete! Enjoy.

Have a fabulous week beautifuls.
