Rose & Lace

Hello beautifuls!
I hope you are having an amazing start to the week. Temperatures have started to drop over here in Australia, but I know for many of you it's right in the middle of the Summer heat. So as a bit of a thank you, I've put together this romantic Summer look.

 I'll be honest, it's sometimes hard to find the right style of maxi that looks flattering for multiple areas of your body when you're an hour glass shape, particularly without a belt. I love the way this stunning dusty rose Wanderlust Lace Maxi Dress from Tobi is shaped. It's not too tight but shows a gorgeous shape, so I can still feel super confident. I am completely in love with the open v-back and the way they have brought the lining up on the dress to create a see through lace. I've paired the dress with black lace up Siena heels from Spend-Less shoes. Their soft suede texture works perfectly with the soft looks of the dusty rose lace. I've tried to keep accessories minimal as to compliment the dress and shoes. They have been paired with a hexagon gold choker and to create a v-shape I've added my gold pendant R necklace.

For this makeup look I've used lots of orange and brown shades from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette to create a Summery look. I used Realgar on my lids and below my waterline, Burnt orange and Cyprus Umber in my crease, Vermeer as a brow bone highlight and in my inner corner (it also makes a stunning highlighter). I've paired it with Colourpop's Ultra Matte Lip in the shade Mama.
